In early 2021, we are delighted to announce our Firm's recent success in defending the interest of one of the world's top 5 hotel chains in a Vexatious Litigation proceeding before the court of Denpasar with a claim totaling more than IDR 250 billion. Despite the constraints of health threats during the COVID-19 pandemic, we managed to complete this complicated case, which requires an in-depth analysis of Consumer Protection Law and protected critical witnesses' interest, with a very satisfying result.
Above all challenges and complexity, our team lead by our Managing Partner, Muhammad Riza, and with the support from Rido Simbolon and Joseph D.N. Tambunan, managed to attend fully and win the case by having the Decisions leaning toward our Client interest. With the robust experience in business litigation, the Firm also successfully defended the Client's interest against the unreasonable application for a secure attachment to the Client's hotel building.
