WANDHA is the Senior Partner at BRAVA & RIZA Advocates, bringing over 15 years of extensive legal experience across corporate, commercial, investment, and telecommunications sectors. His career reflects a blend of in-house legal counsel and private legal practice, providing clients with strategic insights and practical solutions across the telecommunications sector (mobile, closed fixed networks, international submarine cables, and satellite services), construction projects, international business expansion, and dispute resolution assistance.

Prior to joining BRAVA & RIZA Advocates, he worked for an international telecommunications service provider (a subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunication networks in Indonesia), which he was trusted to handle complex cross-border international submarine cable transactions and investments. He liaised with multiple stakeholders (both domestic and overseas) in performing his duties since the company has foreign subsidiaries.

Wandha had also served one of the largest coal mining companies in handling legal operations (remote area - site), focusing on coal mining support projects, and a mobile telecommunication company in handling legal matters, focusing on sales, distribution, and marketing projects.

 

Some notable projects he had involved:

i)  International business expansion (US, Australia, Malaysia, Middle East);

 

ii)  International submarine cable projects and transactions;

 

iii)  Cross border M&A (a satellite company, MVNO company, and business process outsourcing company);

 

iv)  Group legal due diligence; and
